ASHMANHAUGH SCHOOL ROAD TG 32 SW 2/7 Blacksmith's farmhouse 16.4.55 II

Farmhouse. Mid C18. Brick with roof of pantiles, black glazed and red. 2 storeys and attic. South elevation in 3 bays. To left late C19 canted bay window. To right and into east return a flat loggia supported on Tuscan columns. 2 sash windows and C20 door behind. Central French window at first floor opens onto loggia. One, sash left and right. Tripartite sash window in central gabled pediment. All sashes with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Console eaves cornice continues into pediment. Hipped roof with flat. 2 stacks symmetrically placed.
