Description
Church Farmhouse is a house from the 19th century with an earlier core. It is constructed of brick, flint, and stone, topped with a glazed black pantile roof. The building has two parallel rectangular sections and features a facade with three bays and two storeys, showcasing flint fragments set in mortar. The central doorcase is supported by consoles and features a plain frieze. The door is made of planks with muntins that rise to two-centred arches, and there is a tripartite overlight with horizontal glazing bars above it. The windows are three-light casements from the 20th century but maintain a 19th-century style, with rendered reveals and hood moulds. The left gable return has stone quoins and a stone bracket, while the right gable return includes some 17th-century brick. The gable ends have stacks with paired octagonal shafts.
