Description
Green Farm House is a 17th century farmhouse with mid-19th century details. It features cemented rendered flint walls with brick dressings and a black glazed pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and five windows. On the ground floor to the north, there are two 19th century plate glass sash windows with single glazing bars, along with a central sash window that has margin lights. The door is off-centre and is topped by a late 19th century porch with barge-board gables. The first floor has five 19th century plate glass sash windows with single glazing bars, and above the door is a small three-light casement window. The gables are parapeted and have stacks, with one central stack, all dating from the 19th century. Inside, the ground floor to the south has a chamfered spine beam with chamfered joists, while the first floor to the north features a room with two chamfered cross-beams with stops.
