Description

Manor Cottages comprises cottages with a 17th-century core and 19th-century detailing. The ground floor and gables are of flint with brick dressings, while the first floor is of 19th-century brick. The roof is covered in red tiles. The cottages feature three arched-headed, three-light wooden casement windows on the ground floor, with glazing bars, and four two-light casements with a single glazing bar on the first floor. There is a part-glazed door positioned off-centre. The eaves have a brick dentil cornice, and a stack is located at the north end. A first-floor window on the north gable has been blocked, with a brick drip mould. A two-storey outshut is situated at the rear. The ground floor to the north includes a stopped and chamfered spine beam with run-out stops, while the ground floor to the south features a crudely chamfered spine beam.
