Description

Marsh House is a substantial brick and pantile house dating from 1742, with alterations in 1793. The building is hip-roofed and of two storeys with attics. The central part of the front façade projects slightly and features a pediment above a round window. There are seven flush frame sash windows with glazing bars arranged on the front elevation. A cornice runs along the eaves. The front door is a six-panel design set within a pedimented case. A rainwater head dating from 1742 is also present. The building is recognised as being of particularly important group value.
