  1. Early. C19. Stuccoed. Pantile roof, hipped. Paired brackets to overhanging eaves. 3 storeys and basement. 7 windows. 2nd floor sashes with glazing bars, one replaced by 2-light sash. Ground and 1st floor 2-storeyed bays with rounded corners and sashes with glazing bars, the 2 bays on the right are wider, the one on the left replaced by later square bay window.
