Description
This is a barn located 3 meters north of number 33 Methwold Hythe, dated 1697. It is constructed with coursed clunch on a flint plinth and features brick quoins. The roof is made of pantiles. The barn is a single storey with full height doors positioned to the left of center and a blocked brick lancet window to the right. There is a gabled 19th-century extension to the left, and a dentil eaves cornice is present below the gabled roof. The initials "A.E." are inscribed in brick to the left, with the date "1697" in brick to the right. The rear of the barn has a pedestrian door flanked by one blocked brick arch on each side. The interior has a renewed roof structure.
