Description

The stables at Fincham Hall were built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed from re-used ashlar and brick, topped with a pantiled roof. The building is a single storey, with the south front featuring coursed ashlar. This façade includes a central door set within a round-headed recess, flanked by a Diocletian window on each side. The western gable is stepped, while the eastern gable, which is also stepped, dates from the mid-20th century when the rest of the block was demolished. The roof structure is made of re-used early 18th-century timbers.
