Description
58 Lynn Road is an 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of brown brick with a red brick front face, featuring gauged flat arches above five near flush frame sash windows, which now only have centre glazing bars. The building is two storeys tall with an attic and has a machine tile roof, along with an eaves cornice. There are end chimneys with drip bands and a plinth at the base. The entrance features a Doric wood doorcase with an open pediment, a six-panel door, panelled reveals, and a patterned fanlight. To the south, there is a later wing that includes an arched entrance, a six-panel door, a patterned radial bar fanlight, and two sash windows on both the ground and first floors.
