Description

Charter House Restaurant is a house that has been converted into a restaurant. It dates from the 17th century and was altered in the 20th century. The building is constructed of rendered and colourwashed brick with a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys. The front features a central panelled door and another door to the right. Between these doors is a late 19th-century plate-glass sash window. To the left of the elevation, there are two 20th-century windows. The first floor has two late 19th-century sash windows. The roof is gabled, with a stack that emerges through the front slope of the roof.
