Inside, the Assembly Rooms open off the Stone Hall in the Guildhall. There is one large rectangular room heated by two fireplaces located in the east wall. The ceiling boasts a modillion cornice and open fretwork roses. Additionally, there is a smaller card room that opens to the east, which has one fireplace in the east wall and similar decorative details.
