Description
Old Vicarage House is a mid-18th century building that was originally two houses but is now one. It is constructed from colourwashed carstone and clunch, with brick dressings and a pantile roof. The house has two storeys and a dormer attic. A central 20th-century brick porch is present at the entrance. On the ground floor, there are four 19th-century horned sash windows under segmental arches. The eastern portion features a string course between the storeys. The first floor has three 19th-century horned sashes, two 20th-century sashes, and one blind window, all under segmental arches except for the 20th-century windows, which are located in the two western bays. The gabled roof has two 20th-century gabled dormers, along with two ridge stacks and one internal stack on the west gable. The gable heads are finished with tumbling.
