Description
Nos 35 to 39 and 42 and 45 on Railway Road are early 18th century buildings that have been altered. They are two stories high and feature four near-flush frame sash windows on the first floor. Number 35 has glazing bars, while the others have only central glazing bars remaining. The buildings are finished in pebbledash and have a plinth. Number 35 has a slate roof, while Nos 37, 43, and 45 have steep pantiled roofs. There are two wooden shop fronts with pilasters, dating from the early and mid-19th century respectively. Number 39 is positioned at right angles at the rear and has two stories with flush frame sash windows that include glazing bars.
