Description

15 Bennett Street is a two-storey building dating from 1850, constructed of carstone with buff brick dressings. The first floor features two near-flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, along with a central painted dummy window. The entrance is centrally located and arched, with a tympanum painted to resemble a radial bar fanlight. The roof is hipped and covered with pantiles. The building has a roughly square plan, with its east face facing Windsor Street, where there is a wide boarded door topped by a blank tympanum that was formerly painted to look like a fanlight.
