Description

Laburnum House is a house dating from around 1820 to 1830, built of buff brick with a slate roof and a hipped form. It is two storeys high and has three sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a gauged flat arch. A first-floor band runs across the facade. The entrance is via a door with a glazed upper half, leading to a Doric porch with a pediment, approached by stone steps. There is a lawned garden.
