Description

No 47 on High Street is probably an 18th-century building that has been altered. It is two stories tall and constructed of buff brick. The first floor features four sash windows, each with gauged flat arches above them. The building has a battlemented parapet that sweeps up at the sides, and there is a wooden cornice. The steeply pitched roof is covered with machine tiles. The windows now only have central glazing bars. No 45 and No 47 together form a group.
