Description

This is an 18th-century outbuilding located next to Number 12, known as Dial House, on the west side of Railway Road. The structure is two storeys high and constructed from carstone with red brick dressings. It has an L-shaped plan that includes a former malting area at the rear, which features a drying chamber at the north end, complete with a circular ventilator. The front wall of Dial Bungalow, Number 12, and this outbuilding together form a group.
