Description

The Thatched Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is built of whitewashed brick and features a thatched roof. The cottage has one storey with a dormer attic. The entrance door is located to the left of the centre. To the left of the door is a 20th-century three-light casement window, while to the right is an early 19th-century two-light cross casement window. The roof is gabled and has a central ridge stack as well as a western internal gable end stack. The rear, or north side, of the cottage includes a large central dormer.
