Description
Holly Farm House is a 18th-century house located on Holly Farm Road in Reedham. It is constructed of red brick, which is partly colourwashed, and features roofs that are both slated and shingled. The house is 1½ storeys tall and has a T-shaped layout, with a cellar located under the rear wing.
The front facade includes three sash windows with glazing bars and architraves, although some openings have been altered. There are also three gabled dormers, each with 2-light casements that have glazing bars. The house has 20th-century casements and one attic sash window in the gables. The entrance is marked by an off-centre door that is sheltered by a sloping porch roof supported on brackets.
Gable chimney stacks are present, along with an axial stack in the rear wing. Additionally, there is a flat-roofed dormer with a 2-light casement and 20th-century fenestration in the rear wing. A catslide roof is situated in the south-east angle of the building.
