Farm House, early C19, of red brick and pantiles. 'L'-shaped plan of 2 storeys. West facade 3 windows with central part glazed 6 panel door with moulded doorcase with patera stops and projecting cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars and segmental brick arch. South elevation, 4 windows with C19 casement windows with segmental brick arches. Roof hipped to south west with north gable and end stack. Axial stack in east range.
