Description

No. 10 Yarmouth Road is a house built around 1840. It is constructed of painted brick and features a black glazed pantile roof. The building has two storeys, although it appears as one storey on the north side due to the slope of the ground. The windows are scattered across the façade, and there is a string course marking the division between the storeys. The eaves cornice is saw-toothed, and there is a rendered central apex stack on the hipped roof.
