Description

The Garden House, located 40 meters south of Walpole House, is a gazebo built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof with a square plan. The entrance includes a doorway with a moulded doorcase, and the door itself is panelled and glazed, retaining its original glazing bars. On the east face, there is a sash window with glazing bars, while the south side has a small square oriel window, and an internal stack is located on the west side. The roof is pyramid-shaped. Inside, the structure has field panelling and a fireplace with an overmantel painted with a seascape.
