Description

Blofield War Memorial is located in the churchyard of St Andrew and St Peter’s Church on Church Road in Blofield. It is prominently situated near the church tower. The memorial features a wheel-head cross on a tapering plinth, which has inscriptions in leaded lettering, and stands on a three-stepped base.

The inscription reads: "TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN/ GRATEFUL MEMORY OF THE MEN OF THIS/ PARISH WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE/ GREAT WAR 1914 – 1919/ (NAMES)/ 1939 – 1945/ (NAMES)."
