Description
Hollybank is a 19th-century house located on Yarmouth Road in Blofield. It is built of colourwashed brick and features a black pantiled roof. The house has a two-storey polygonal plan with a rear outshut and a three-bay facade, which includes shallow piers next to the canted ends. The central ground floor has a porch with a half-glazed door, a timber modillion cornice, and a lead flat roof. The windows are casement style with glazing bars set diagonally in the heads. There are segmental brick arches at ground floor level and flat arches at first floor level, with a central first floor window featuring a semi-circular brick arch. The roof is hipped, and there are stacks at the rear. Attached to either side of the rear outshut are garden walls that have a swan-necked profile. There is a 20th-century link and attached outbuildings to the west, which are not of special interest.
