The Antiques Emporium and adjoining house is a mid-19th century building located on High Street in Coltishall. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof, rising to two storeys. The showroom has five windows and includes a double-fronted projecting window from the 19th century, with a central recessed glazed door that has glazing bars. The first floor has irregularly placed sash windows, also with glazing bars, and flat gauged brick arches; two of these windows have margin lights. The house to the right has two windows and an entrance door on the left, set in a double revealed opening with a semi-circular gauged brick arch. The entrance features a six-panel door with a fanlight that has glazing bars. The house also has sash windows with glazing bars and flat gauged brick arches, along with a timber modillion cornice, a central stack, and a gable stack to the right. This building is included for its group value.
