Description

This is a range of four cottages dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, located on Millgate in Aylsham. The cottages are constructed of red brick with a pantile roof, the southern end of which is half-hipped. The design is two storeys high. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within flat brick arches. The eaves feature brick modillions. There are two brick chimney stacks. The front features three entrance doors, each with simple moulded surrounds, and a 19th-century shop front at number 34. A parapetted gable is visible at the north end.
