Description

Ivy House is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick and slate. It has two storeys and an attic, along with a two-storey range at the rear. The front features three bays with sash windows that have glazing bars and flat gauged brick arches above the first-floor windows. An early 20th-century porch is supported by Roman Doric columns, with pilasters and an entablature. There are matching bay windows on either side of the entrance door. The house has parapet verges with gable chimneystacks and three dormers that have segmental tops and sash windows with glazing bars.
