Description

No. 14 Market Place is a mid-19th century building that partly serves as a wing of the Assembly Room. It is two storeys high and constructed from red brick, featuring yellow dressings such as rusticated quoins and jambs around two arched windows on the first floor, which have margin bars. The ground floor includes three sash windows with glazing bars. The building has a slate roof, an eaves band, and a small cornice above the ground floor.
