Description

This is a chest tomb from the 14th century located approximately 14 meters south of the aisle of the Church of All Saints. It is made of limestone and features a tapered and cambered slab that is carved with the figure of a woman lying on her back, wearing a veil and resting her head on a tasselled cushion. The figure is dressed in a long, folded gown. The ends of the tomb have carvings of angels in the head and foot pediments, while the sides are plain limestone set on a splayed plinth.
