Description

Breckholm is an early 19th-century house located on Crown Road in Mundford. The building is constructed of flint with gault brick dressings and features slate roofs. It is single-storeyed with a basement in the front block and two storeys at the rear. The façade has five bays of sash windows with glazing bars set beneath segmental arches. The central three bays are recessed, creating a raised verandah supported by two fluted columns and two engaged half columns, all without capitals or bases. There is a two-leaf panelled front door and a central flight of steps leading up to the verandah. The roof is hipped with a central axial stack. A contemporary block is located at the rear of the house.
