Description
30 Bridge Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of flint with brick dressings and a red brick facade. The slate roof has two pitches, as the left portion has been rebuilt and raised in conjunction with No. 32. The building has an irregular shape. The entrance features a door with six flush panels and an overlight that contains a glazed lamp holder. There are tripartite sash windows on either side of the door, which are unhorned and have 2/2 and 6/6 glazing bars, set under gauged skewback arches. To the right of the main elevation, there is another door with six flush panels and an overlight that serves No. 28. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with 6/6 glazing. The eaves cornice is decorated with paired modillions, and the gabled roofs include a stack on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
