Description

The Jackson family tomb, located approximately 50 metres to the west of All Saints Church, is a Grade II listed chest tomb dedicated to Richard Jackson, who died in 1768, along with his descendants. The tomb is made of stone and was formerly surrounded by metal railings. It features inscribed panels on the chest, which is topped by a hood with concave sides and a carved achievement. The structure is capped with a carved urn.
