Description
The Iron Foot Bridge, located approximately 100 metres west of Holme Hale Hall, is an ornamental footbridge dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of iron and features a segmental arch. The bridge showcases Regency style railings, supported by five pairs of principal posts. Each post consists of two verticals connected by a small cast pediment and lozenges. Between these posts are square section railings that include an interlaced circle motif on the top rails.
