Description
The Rectory is a mid-18th century building constructed of brick, featuring a roof made of 20th-century pantiles. It stands two storeys tall with an attic, arranged in a symmetrical layout of five bays. The central entrance consists of a panelled door set beneath a tripartite overlight, all framed within a timber case topped with a pediment. The building has sash windows that are adorned with timber architraves and glazing bars, positioned under gauged skewback arches. The gabled roof includes slightly gabled dormers that contain 20th-century casements. Internal gable stacks are present, and the gables have low parapets supported by kneelers. The west gable features tumbling and an extended stack that is now partly external, serving a single-storey flat-topped extension.
