Description
Number 19 Market Place and Number 1 Swaffham Road is a 17th century building with later alterations, constructed from brick and covered with pantiles. The front is partly plastered and features pilasters with floral designs on their caps. The building has two storeys and attics, with sash windows and casements throughout. There is a two-storey bay on the front, and a flush frame sash window with glazing bars is located in the end gable on the south side, accompanied by two flush frame sash windows on the first floor. The southwest advanced wing has two windows on the first floor. Additionally, there is a single-storey early 19th century shop with a curved front, which includes a small added display window on the left and a central six-panel door.
