Description
Barker's Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has a central doorway with a 20th-century door. To the left and right of the doorway are original window openings, while the first floor has three smaller openings, all of which are now filled with 20th-century iron casements. The farmhouse has a toothed eaves cornice and end gables that have deep coping and brick tumbling. There are internal stacks and an outshut at the rear, which contains three window openings with 20th-century casements. Additionally, there is a single blocked doorway with a coarse brick arch and deep coping that is flush with the gable walls, also featuring brick tumbling.
