Description

The Town Pound in Swaffham dates back to around 1730 and was restored in 1978. It is constructed from whole and cut flints, with brick quoins and dressings. The structure is rectangular in shape and features an entrance on the east side, which is fitted with a 20th-century timber gate. The Town Pound does not have a roof.
