Description
Black Flint Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of flint with gault brick dressings. It features a steeply pitched roof covered with black glazed pantiles. The symmetrical facade has three bays and two storeys, with a central door. The windows are 20th-century casements set in their original openings. The building has a brick dentiled eaves cornice and parapeted gables that display brick tumbling. There are internal gable stacks at each end of the house. At the rear, there is a later full-length lean-to addition with parapets on the end walls, showcasing red brick tumbling and quoins. Additionally, there is a 20th-century flat-roofed dormer in the rear roof slope.
