Description

This is a house, likely dating to the early 18th century, although it may incorporate an earlier core. The front is of red brick, with a possible timber frame construction. It has a tiled roof. The house is two storeys high and has a three-bay front. The central entrance has a raised fielded panelled door, a rectangular fanlight, and an architrave surround. A plinth runs along the base. The outer bays on the ground floor feature tripartite sash windows with gauged brick flat arched heads. The first floor has a central blind opening; all windows are recessed. There are boxed eaves, and an early ridge stack on the left-hand side of the front with multiple flues. A further stack is located at the rear right. The right-hand gable end is rendered. A two-storey gabled wing extends to the rear, having been rebuilt in the 20th century. The interior was not inspected.
