House. Early CL8 with C16 cross wing. Altered and extended C19 and C20. Part timber framed. Cased and extended in whitewashed brick, some weatherboarding. Tiled roof. Earlier cross wing at right angles to main range. 2 storeys. Early C18 front to yard is 3 bays with a central entrance in a later gabled porch, flanking C20 rectangular bays, first floor 2 light flush frame timber casements. Dentilled brick eaves. To right a 1 bay C19 addition with a lower ridge. To rear left is bay cross wing with a separate taller ridge. Brick cased. Single and 2 light casements. Weatherboarded gable to front with originally external stack with large base, 3 shafts, outer diagonally set. Rear gable end has an entrance with a cambered head, 2 light casements, weatherboarded gable. Inside angle of L is a C19 block with lower ridge parallel to front range, 3 light casements, gable end stack. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as Rose Acre Farm House.
