Description
The White Horse Public House is a building that dates back to the 17th century, featuring a rear wing from that period and a front range that is likely older. The structure has a timber frame, with the rear range incorporating 18th century red brick nogging. The front is weatherboarded and topped with a plain tile roof. It is two stories tall and has an L-shaped plan. The front block consists of two gabled sections, with the right side being lower. There is a 19th century projecting ground floor that includes a continuous band of cast iron casements and a tiled roof. On the first floor, there are two glazing bar casements, each with three lights. The four-bay rear wing features similar casements on both floors. An 18th century ridge stack is located near the front block.
