Description
The garden wall to Number 31 High Street and to Glamis on Waterend Lane is a structure dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with the upper part rebuilt in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of flint and red brick, featuring a plinth and shallow flat buttresses made of 17th or 18th century red brick. The upper section is made of red brick and has a curved brick coping. The wall is approximately 50 metres long and stands between 2 and 2.5 metres high. Close to Number 31, there is a wooden opening from the 19th century. The wall ends at the drive of Glamis with a square gate pier from the 20th century. This structure is included for its group value.
