Description

This is an early 19th-century building on London Road. It is constructed of stucco over a colour-washed brick plinth, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. The roof has a bracketed eaves cornice. The building is two storeys high and features two sash windows with glazing bars and louvred shutters. A four-panel door is set beneath a rectangular fanlight and a hood supported by console brackets. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of numbers 12 to 22 (even) on London Road.
