Description

23 Baldock Street is a 19th-century building featuring whitewashed pebbledash on the exterior and a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, complete with an eaves cornice. The side and back elevations are made of whitewashed brick. The building stands two storeys tall and has three sash windows with glazing bars set within reveals. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, which includes four glazed panels and two flush panels, all framed by a wooden architrave and topped with a bracketed hood. This property is included for its group value, as it forms a cohesive group with Nos 19, 19A, 21, and 23.
