Description

Number 9 Baldock Street dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is a two-storey building constructed of colour-washed brick, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate and detailed with a cornice. Tudor-style chimneys rise from the roof. The front has three sash windows on each floor, each with flat arches and small panes of glazing bars. Plain pilasters flank the central window on the first floor and the ground floor doorway, which incorporates a six-panelled door (two panels flush) and a rectangular fanlight set within an architrave frame under a cyma recta cornice.
