Description
Bridge House is a house that was formerly two dwellings, dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It has a timber frame that is rendered with pargetting and features a thatched roof. The building consists of three cells and is one storey high with an attic. There are two entrances, each with tiled hoods supported by timber posts, flanking the central section that has three two-light flush frame glazing bar casements. The attic has eyebrow thatching above three-light casements. The house has external end stacks, with the left stack featuring multiple offsets and the right stack with a single offset. The left side has a part brick end wall, while the right end displays weatherboarding, exposed plates, and purlins. There is also a slate-roofed lean-to addition at the rear.
