GV II House, now offices. Late C18/early C19. Timber framed and plastered, with Welsh slated gambrel roof set gable end to street. Tall brown brick chimneystack, with projecting band, on left. Central staircase plan, one room deep at right angles to street.

EXTERIOR: two storeys and attics, first floor with single sixteen-pane sash window in shallow recess, squatter proportioned sixteen-pane window on ground floor, six-pane attic window. Entrance in centre of right (east) flank elevation. Six-panel door, top panels glazed, with three light 'gothick' headed traceried fanlight, recessed in moulded architrave surround, with frieze and moulded shallow cornice hood. Shallow canted triple sash bay window to right, with flush set sash window above. Long rear timber framed and weatherboarded outshoot with Welsh slated roof, two storey and one storey.

INTERIOR: dogleg stair with Tuscan Doric newels, stick balusters and moulded swept handrails. Rear room has large range fireplace with reeded surround with paterae, and shelf supported on cut profiled console brackets. Rear outshoot has small amount of reused timber from earlier building, but visible evidence fragmentary. Listing NGR: TL3227612579
