Description
The Billiard Room, located to the southeast of Brent Pelham, is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It is a single storey with a loft and features double hung sash windows that have flat brick arches, similar to those found on the main hall building. The north elevation includes three brick semicircular relieving arches and columns that frame the window openings. There is a single brick chimney stack with a curved octagonal shaft, and a loft door is situated in the southern gable. The building was previously connected to the main house by a glazed conservatory and now has a modern lean-to conservatory.
