Description
This is an early 19th century house, built around 1839, as shown on the Tithe Map. It is a small brick house with a stucco front, featuring a hopped slate roof and overhanging eaves. The building has a short, side facing the street. There is one window on each floor, with recessed sash windows containing 8/8 panes, stone sills, and segmental heads. A four-panel flush beaded door is located to the right of the window. A central chimney is constructed from yellow stock brick. The house has a projecting plinth and the stucco is lined to resemble ashlar. It is listed for group value.
