Description

Old Pastures is a 17th-century building that has been modified in the early 19th century in the "cottage orne" style. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick nogging and an old tiled roof that has ornamental bargeboards at the half gables. The building has two storeys and a central red brick chimneystack. There are two small casement windows, each surrounded by heavy architrave. The ground floor is constructed of whitewashed flint rubble. Old Pastures and the Gateway to Old Pastures form a group.
